Refunds & Cancellations:

At Sacred Earth Retreats, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or seek a refund for our services. Please read our policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Cancellations

Retreat Bookings: If you wish to cancel your participation in one of our psilocybin retreats, please notify us in writing at least 3 weeks prior to the scheduled start date. A cancellation fee will apply.

2. Refunds
Retreat Bookings: Refunds for cancelled retreat bookings will be processed according to the following schedule:

  • 1 month or more prior to the start date: full refund.

  • 3 weeks prior to the start date: 60% refund.

  • 2 weeks prior to the start date: No refund.

3. Exceptions

Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other events beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule retreats. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternative options or a full refund.

Customized Services: Please note that refunds may not be available for personalized or customized services, as these are tailored specifically to individual needs and cannot be resold
